"Walking Wide" - a remake film of the same name, released on the screens in the seventies.
American commando Chris Won gave military service almost ten years. After retiring, he decided to return to his native town and start a family business in a sawmill.
But dreams of a quiet life can not come true: for the time of Chris's absence, there have been many changes, and for the worse. The city is mired in crimes, corruption and violence have become the norm, and drugs have filled the streets.
Behind all these matters is Chris's friend, Jay Hamilton. He opened a casino, from which he conducts his dirty business. A retired Special Forces officer faces a friend's horrors shortly after his arrival. Vaughn understands that only he can resist them and agrees to take the vacant seat of the city sheriff.
Hamilton tries to act on a former friend in every possible way, when persuasions, bribery and convictions are powerless, he proceeds to intimidation.
Chris, in turn, presses Jay on all fronts and prepares for a direct clash, which will solve everything.
